Shareholders’meetings are important events for theBoard tomeet the shareholders. The
Chairmanwouldallotsufficient time toencourage theshareholders,proxiesand thecorporate
representatives toaskquestionspertaining to thematters taleat thegeneralmeetings.The
seniormanagement and theExternalAuditorsarepresent at theshareholders’meetings to
answer any query that the shareholders, proxies and corporate representativesmay ask.
TheBoard recognises the importanceofbeing transparentandaccountable to theCompany’s
shareholders andprospective investors.
Tomaintainahigh level of transparencyand toeffectivelyaddressany issuesor concerns,
theGrouphasadedicatedelectronicmail, i.e.
towhichstakeholders
can direct their queries or concerns.
