TheExternalAuditorscanbeengaged toperformnon-audit services that arenot perceived
to be in conflict with their role as the External Auditors. TheAudit Committee is satisfied
with the competence and independence of the External Auditors and had recommended
the re-appointment of theExternalAuditors to theDirectors at theannual general meeting.
TheAudit Committeemet with theExternal Auditors twice during the financial year ended
31December 2013 to review the scopeof audit process, theaudit findings and theannual
financial statements, without thepresenceof theExecutiveDirector and theManagement.
TheExternalAuditorsare invited toattend theannual generalmeetingof theCompanyand
are available to answer the Shareholders’ enquiries on the conduct of the statutory audit
and the preparation and contents of their audit report.
