age 52, is the Independent Non-Executive Director

on 5 May 2010. He is the Chairman of the Audit,
Nomination and Remuneration Committees of the
Company. He has extensive experience in the ICT
industries inMalaysia. Currently, he is theExecutive
Director/Chief Executive Officer of MobilityOne
Limited,acompany listedonAIMof theLondonStock
Exchange, and is responsible for the development
of MobilityOne Limited group of companies’ overall
management, particularly in setting the business
directionsandstrategies.Besides thatDato’Hussain
iscurrentlysit on theboardofTFPSolutionsBerhad.
Dato’Hussianobtained thePostgraduateDiploma in
BusinessManagement fromTheOxfordAssociation
of Management, Oxford, England (“OXIM”) and
was also admitted to the membership of Certified
Master of Business Administration from the OXIM,
a membership that recognises management
competency and professional development. In
addition, he was awarded the certificate of Master
of theOxford centre for Leadership fromTheOxford
Centre for Leadership, UnitedKingdom.
Dato’Hussiandoes not haveany family relationship
with anyDirectors and/or major shareholders of the
Company or any conflict of interest in any business
arrangement involving the Company. He has had
no conviction for any offences within the past ten

(Independent Non-ExecutiveDirector)
Yeong Siew Lee, a Malaysian, age 36, is the
Independent Non-Executive Director of the
Company and she was appointed to the Board
on 5 May 2010. She is a member of the Audit,
Nomination andRemunerationCommittees of the
Company. She obtained her Bachelor of Science
(Honours) degree inAccountingandFinance from
University of Wales College, Newport, United
Kingdom in 2001 and obtained her professional
degree in Association of Chartered Certified
Accountants, United Kingdom in 2004. She is a
chartered accountant and is currently a member
of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
She began her career withGHLSystems Berhad
(“GHL”), a company listed on the Main Market of
Bursa Securities, as an Assistant Accountant in
2003 andmoved up the ranks and becameHead/
Assistant General Manager of Finance in 2008
to supervise the company’s local and overseas
accounting teams. She left GHL in August 2009
to venture into business in the consumer industry
andwasworkingasafinanceadviser forSMRHR
GroupSdnBhd.Beside thatMsYeong is recentlysit
on theboardof Bright Packaging IndustryBerhad.
Ms. Yeong does not have any family relationship
withanyDirectorsand/ormajorshareholdersof the
Companyoranyconflictof interest inanybusiness
