Datuk Seri Syed Ali Bin Tan Sri Abbas
Alhabshee, a Malaysian, age 52, is the
Independent Non-Executive Chairman of
the Company and he was appointed to
theBoardon5May2010. He isamember
of Audit and Nomination Committees of
the Company. He has great knowledge
and executive experience in leading
private, public and government controlled
organisations from a broad range of
industries. Datuk Seri ventured into
business in the early 1980s and currently
sits on the board of several private and
public corporations involved in a diverse
range of businesses such as Bright
Packaging IndustryBerhad,UZMABerhad
andRedtone International Berhad.Hewas
appointed as a member of the Malaysian
Senate (Dewan Negara) on 21April 2003
until April 2009. Datuk Seri obtained his
Professional Diploma in Leadership and
Management from the New Zealand
Institute of Management in 2003. He is
currently involved in the business and
strategies development of theCompany.
Datuk Seri does not have any family
relationshipwithanyDirectorsand/ormajor
shareholdersof theCompanyoranyconflict
of interest in any business arrangement
involving the Company. He has had no
conviction for any offenceswithin the past
ten (10) years. His details of attendance

Dato’WongSheeKai
(ExecutiveDirector andChief ExecutiveOfficer)
Dato’ Wong Shee Kai, aMalaysian, age 33, is the Executive
Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and he
wasappointed to theBoardon6October2009.He isamember
of theRemunerationCommitteeof theCompany.He isalso the
founderof theCompany.Hehascontributedsignificantly to the
growthanddevelopmentof theCompanyandhassuccessfully
led the Company to become an established and reputable
player in the DOOH transit media industry inMalaysia. Dato’
WongSheeKai hasachievedseveral recognitionsandawards
personallyandhasalso led theCompany toastringofaccolades
and rewards. The recognitions and awards received by Dato’
Wong Shee Kai include Junior Chamber International (“JCI”)
Creative Young Entrepreneur Award from Junior Chamber
International Group in2008; ExcellenceLeadershipunder the
8thAsiaPacific InternationalEntrepreneurExcellenceAward in
2009; the2009Top10JCICreativeYoungEntrepreneurAward
(Malaysia) fromJCI in2009; theMostPromisingEntrepreneur
Award by Asia Pacific EntrepreneurshipAwards in 2010 and
YoungGlobal Leader byWorld Economic Forum in 2014. He
is mainly responsible for the Company overall strategy and
developmentof theoverall visionof theCompany.Hebeganhis
career withFordMotor Company (UK) as anAccountAnalyst
from 2002 to 2003. Subsequently, he joinedMajor Fibre Sdn
Bhd in Malaysia as Finance Manager and his last position
with the Company being theGeneral Manager in overseeing
manufacturing process, sales, marketing and materials
sourcing, whereheobservedanddiscoveredarbitragemedia
advertisingopportunity inMalaysiaandsubsequently founded
the Company. Dato’ Wong Shee Kai obtained his Bachelor
Degree in Accounting and Finance with First Class Honours
from Lancaster University, United Kingdom in 2003. He is
currently responsible in leading the business direction and
strategies development of theCompany.
Dato’Wong isaDirectorandshareholderofWongSKHoldings
Sdn Bhd, amajor shareholder of the Company. He does not
have any family relationship with any other Directors or any
conflict of interest in any business arrangement involving the
Company.Hehashadnoconviction foranyoffenceswithin the
