1) GENERAL INFORMATION
The Company is a public limited liability company, incorporated and domiciled in Malaysia, and
is listed on Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The Company is principally an investment holding company. The principal activities of the
subsidiaries are as disclosed in Note 9 to the Financial Statements. There have been no significant
changes in the nature of these principal activities during the financial year.
The registered office of the Company is located at Level 8, Symphony House, Pusat Dagangan
Dana 1, Jalan PJU 1A/46, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
The principal place of business of the Company is located at No: 35-1, Jalan Bandar 16, Pusat
Bandar Puchong, 47100 Puchong, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
The financial statements are presented in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
The financial statements of the Group and of the Company have been authorised by the Board
of Directors for issuance on 28th April 2015.
2) BASIS OF PREPARATION OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
The financial statements of the Group and the Company have been prepared in accordance with
Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), International Financial Reporting Standards
(IFRS) and the requirements of the Companies Act, 1965 in Malaysia.
Adoption of Standards, Amendments and Issues Committee (“IC”) Interpretations
The accounting policies adopted by the Group and the Company are consistent with those
adopted in the previous year, except as follows:
