theperiodof twelvemonthsafter theendof thefinancial yearwhich, in theopinionof thedirectors,
will ormaysubstantiallyaffect theabilityof theGroupandof theCompany tomeet theirobligations
as andwhen they fall due.
e) At thedateof this report, thedirectorsarenotawareofanycircumstancesnototherwisedealtwith
in this report or the financial statements of theGroup and of the Company which would render
any amount stated in the financial statementsmisleading.
